This was a success at office Halloween event, really cute. The blue "velvet" is some sort of thin papery material, not exactly sure what, and the green ribbons that hold up the bodice were so long that I needed to sew them up a bit, otherwise would give 5 stars. The "tail" can be worn up or down, it's printed with the colorful "eyes" on one side and solid satiny green on the other, it is separate from the bodice and ties like a belt with a ribbon underneath. It is possible to sit in a standard office chair with the tail in the "up" position, just detach it from the velcro catch on the neck choker. It looks a bit silly, but it's all for fun.
