For $8.00, this is a really nice decoration and if I had not seen the photo, I would have liked it anyway. The only disappointments are the colors. The photo shows the true red, white and blue. But, when it arrived it is the old-fashioned or "country" colors. The three stars should be white, but are actually painted a light blue. I might repaint this. Compared to the photo, it also barely has any "paint splatter", no big deal, I don't think that that is a good look anyway.
Pros: price
Cons: not true colors

It is rather cute, and you can't beat the price. One minor flaw, one of the flags was glued on backwards. They are sending me a new one and I don't have to send the defected one back.

I was very disappointed with the color, and the quality. I don't think it had stars on the hat like the picture. I get many things for resale but this I'm sending back.
