This mug is very cute, I bought them for family members for a present, used a ceramic pen and wrote each of their names on the back !!! I also packaged up some Hot Cocco and Marshmellows for each family !!! Cute and Inexpensive way to say Merry Christmas !!!
Pros: big
Cons: very fragile

I bought these for all the "girls" in the family. Very cute mug but he holds his own shovel for a spoon .....that makes it even cuter !!

I read other reviews about broken parts so I was leery about ordering them. They arrived packaged in styrofoam boxes securely taped shut with no broken pieces. I think they could be thrown across the room in the packaging and not damaged, so shipping must be better now. They are bigger than expected which is great!-- Lots of room for extra hot chocolate.
Pros: big, cute
I would recommend this to a friend!

The reason I only gave 3 stars is because mine aren't white like the picture, they are sort of beige and don't match the rest of my snowman things I already own. Isn't snow suppost to be white?? Otherwise it is very cute, just disapointed about the "white" part being really "off".
Pros: very cute mug
Cons: looks like dirty snow

Like the size of the mug. I ordered two and the shovel on one was broke. I called customer service and they replaced it right away. Customer service is great for this company. I was extremely impressed with the customer service.
Cons: shovel is weak

the reason i rate this so low is because the item is very fragile and not a good item to ship. I received my order and 2 out of the 4 were damaged. luckly 2 were for a gift basket I was creating and the other 2 were just for me so I guess I will live with the broken pieces.
Pros: they are nice mugs with cute faces
Cons: extremely fragile and should be protected better, for shipping
