When I received this, it had a small chip on it and Customer Service immediately sent out a new one to me. So, I'm giving it 4 stars for that reason alone. I kept it because it goes with my red&gold/poinsettia theme, but I'm not really impressed with it. I would rather the face had no eyes because as is it's really odd looking.
