I love the barn star. Yes, it is made of thin metal. But, I am using it as a tree topper, it will work great for that. Mine was in perfect shape. The paint is bubbled in a few places. But, that gives it character. When I think barn star, I think country & outdoors and it is just that.
I purchased the Country Snowman Ornaments, Tin Barn Star Ornaments, Sponge Painted Rustic Bells, Country Christmas Stocking Ornaments and the Christmas Barn Star (for my tree topper), I am very pleased with all of the items I purchased. Everything is so cute, country & rustic. I can't wait for the day after Thanksgiving to put up my tree this year!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The real thing is cheaper looking than the actual item. I was a little disappointed, but since they will be on the shed outside, it will be okay.

I've been looking for a barn star like this for some time. This one is great and if you want to change it out from the Christmas look, it's simple to do that.
Pros: great color

It's nice, but I expected something a bit sturdier so it will be placed where it can't be bumped or handled and I will dress up the greens a bit to make them look a little more real...all in all I think it will be cute on the wall.. think it was a little overpriced, but I'd recommend it if you don't mind fussing over it a bit.

This is the 4th Barn Star I have ordered to use
year to year for the cemetery decorations. It tends
to be a bit small; as do all of your wreaths; hard to see from any distance. Also, it needs more "bling"
to make it visible so I will add to them next season.
Otherwise, very pleased to have a cemetery decoration I can use year to year.
