When I opened the package, little bits of fabric fell out that were coming off the "witch's" dress. Once I bended her into position, her creepy little face was a little startling. I was impressed with the effectiveness of the appearance. I put her near a foggy cauldron and the effect is just like the photo! I am not sure this item is priced right but I would recommend it to anyone looking for a scary witch prop but doesn't want to spend too much.
I would recommend this to a friend!

She looks really cool but VERY small. Didn't work for where I was originally going to put her but ended up great in her new area.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I read some of the other reviews stating that the witch was smaller than expected. Believe these reviews. Although it is cute and fairly durable it is small and not very effective as a prop. She could easily hang in a planter window behind a kitchen sink or somewhere similar. She is not worth $24.99, should be more like $12.99.
