THIS WAS REALLY NICE AND I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE CONCEPT. OUR PUPPY WOULD NOT STAND ON IT TO GET A REALLY GOOD PAW IMPRINT, WE GOT SOME LITTLE INDENTATIONS AND HAIR FROM HIS FOOT! (SMILE)

I bought this for my mom as her dog is quite old. The service I received from Terry's Village was fantastic. They delivered quickly and were very helpful when I had a delivery issue. My only complaint about the product is that it does not come with a glass pane to put over the picture side. This was remedied by taking the glass from an old unused frame.
Pros: keepsake, service
Cons: no glass pane for picture
I would recommend this to a friend!
