I love the size of the mug, but it is not dishwasher or microwave safe so this severely limits it's use! These important details were not given in the description of the cup - felt like I was duped! First time I was disappointed in an order from your company.

I gives this a four start overall cause it is a bit big, but if you like a large coffee mug this is the one for you. It is of great quality and any cat lover would love owning this.

I bought this as a gift for my sister who has 4 cats-- it's very cute, however it is not microwave or dishwasher safe which really limits its use. I think she will probably use it for decoration...

I was very disappointed with the mug. It is very lightweight, can not be put in the dishwasher or microwave, I am afraid to put my hot tea, coffee, etc in it, it might break while drinking from it. I bought it because of its size, thought it would be good for hot tea; WASTED MONEY.
