It was cute, but a lot heavier than I expected. It arrived with one of the bears broken off. A call to to Customer Service brought a quick and satisfactory solution .

We loved the bears although they arrived with one of the bears broken.
We decided to try to fix it instead of waiting for a replacement

Got this and bear was broke-packing was really bad. Called their customer service and they shipped out a new one right away. Came perfect. Put on shelf, looks great. Totally love this, if you like bears you will love this..
