When I first recieved this sign, there was a large discolored spot on it. The sign was so cute, but I didn't want to give it as a gift with a defective spot. I called Terry's Village and they were so wonderful! They apologized and sent me a new sign right away at no charge. They didn't even want me to send the defective one back! Exceptional service and my new sign is perfect!!!

I purchased this for my MIL because my FIL repeatedly dropped the hint that she would like something that said "grandma" on it. After a lot of hunting and searching, I chose this because it sums up the kind of Grandma she is and the price was right. Before I wrapped it, I looked at it and it is much better than I expected for the price. Even my husband was like OMG how much did you spend on that...because it just looks like it would have been more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

There is nothing about this that i don't just love. I hung it on the front door and everyone says how much they like it especially my grandchildren who say, "That is so you, Nana!"
