they are so cute! feet fell off the lady for me too ( few drops of hot glue fixed that) I bought these for a gift and they loved em ...I will definitely keep them in mind if i need another gift of this kind

Cute but loosey-goosey

As cute as shown. More black than bronze. No directions. GOOD NEWS: goes together quickly, Has fold down and hook-on-pin parts. BAD NEWS: pick up grandma and her legs fall off. Grandpa's walking stick flaps in the breeze and flower pot ring hinge barely hanging on. Overall pretty NICE but if you want stability, plan to add a few dabs of Liquid Nails at key spots.
