Cute ornament to give out to families. I did not order the personalization after reading several critical comments. I will use a permanent marker to personalize myself. Very small area to write names. Overall a good buy.

Names are handwritten.
The ornament came right off the hook as soon as I went to put it on my tree. I will have to super glue it back together.

the personalization was poorly done, it could had been more darker and nicer.
Pros: neat ornament, love the stockings
Cons: letter not dark enough, sort of sloppy

Had to hot glue ornament, the piece going into the ornament was stripped out .

The title pretty much sums up my disappointment with this item. The ornament itself was nice, but I just wish they would have told you it was just someone writing it on. I never would have bought it. I could have done that myself =( Major let down. Thank God I wasn't giving this as a gift, I would have been too embarrassed & probably just thrown it away. This ornament is going on the back of our tree!

Had bought this for a friend of mine and her family. She loved it and can't wait to put it on their tree this year. Had bought these in the past for various friends and they all just loved them.
Very quaility made, not your cheaply made items. Actually get more for your money.

The ornament is good quality. The only complaint I have is that the writing looked hand written and slightly sloppy. Perhaps they should find someone with better penmanship to write the ornaments. But still a good deal for personalized ornaments.
