The ornament is very cute. However, it was spelled wrong. It was spelled correctly on my order, but one of the names was mispelled when it arrived. I called customer service and they sent me a new one for free.

The ornament is really cute. However I entered the names on the lines that were provided in the order I wanted. When I reviewed it the last 2 names were switched so I went back and edited those two names so they would read correctly on the hats. When I review again they were correct. When I received the ornament in the mail the the last 2 names were not as the were in the preview.
I would recommend this to a friend!
