was easy to navigate the site and personalize the stones, stepping stones shipped the following day even though they were personalized and I received my order a day earlier then projected
Pros: price is great, looks great, received it a day earlier than expected

This is the 4th I have ordered. Unfortunately I use them for my Kitties head stones. The only con I have is the names fade after a while, other than that they do very well in full sun. Good product & look just like the picture.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this stones are very poor quality....ordered 4 and 2 had chips in them that were done before being packed because they came in styrofoam packing....also the lettering was not done as in the pic, itwas done in gray and you can hardly see the names....i would not reccomend these at all...i had bought these in the past and they were beautiful,but they are really getting bad on there personalization and workmenship...

I have never been so disappointed with anlything from Terrys Village. Our dog has cancer, so I got it for a headstone for her. I had DIANA put on it. The D and the I are all faded out.

quality gone downhill since my last purchase

I was very disappointed when I received this. It doesn't look like the picture & the name doesn't stand out. I bought two of these in the past for my departed dogs and they were beautiful, this was back in 2004 or 2005. Now this one for my deceased bird just isn't as nice!!!! Also someone must have dropped something heavy on the box in route because the box was damaged, the inside filling in the inside box was crushed and the stone had a chip out of it, which luckily I found in the box & superglued back on!!!

Family tradition

I have been buying this product for a long time. I have bought one for every member of my family (kids, spouses, grandkids and great grandkids - over30 of them. When we first started they were beautiful - They still have the same mold and design, but the painting and quality of the stone is poor now and the name imprint is not as nice. The product does not look like the cataglog anymore. It is disappointing as every new one that I need to buy in order to keep the tradition going in our family becomes less appealing and less like the picture in regards to quality. The original product gorgeous - as years pass the new ones we purchase are less appealing and our most recent one this month - very disappointing. If it wasn't for our tradition, I would not be buying them.
