I just did't find these to be that cute once I got them. The hat is way bigger than the pumpkin head.

Very simple to make. I had my two year old daughter putting the beads on the headpins. She loved it. Good quality also and I have had several people tell me how cute they are.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When I open them two of the hats were broken. OTC are replacing them but it should not have to go there. They should take better care of their glass beads. They did turn out very cute !!
