I wanted snowflake ornaments for a skinny seven foot tall pencil tree. After considering ones made of metal, wood or ceramic, I finally chose these. I liked that they were light-weight and would not weigh the tree branches down.
I put them on my tree last winter. They were okay. This year, before I put them on the tree, on each one I shortened the string used to hang the ornament by about half. Now they look perfect. With the shorter string, the snowflakes hang just off the tip of the tree branches and appear bolder.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I order several packs of these each year, as they are easy to include in holiday cards to special people (they're nondenominational), to use as an ornament on presents, and - of course - to add a lovely, delicate touch to my own Christmas tree.
Pros: pretty with many uses

I thought that these were assorted shapes and patterns but everyone is the same. I am so disappointed...I buy these every year and I don't want the same ones next year.
