I really like this product. Although the magnets couldn't hold the pad on the fridge, I still found it useful having one on the kitchen counter. The pens were a nice addition. Most notepads do not include pens, are much smaller, and are more expensive! (As you remove the sheets and the pad weighs less, you may be able to put it on your fridge.)
Pros: attractive, large writing space, well-priced, cute for stocking stuffers, keep one in the car!, practical

Larger then I thought. Magnet on back was weak though. Didn't stay upon my frigerator.

I purchased almost 200 of these as favors for a women's event. They are really cute and fit our theme. However, many of the pen clips or pens themselves were broken and I didn't have extras, so I had to use them. It wasn't until I got one home that I realized the magnet wasn't strong enough to keep it on my fridge. I was kind of disappointed.
