Purchased these based on other reviews...and they were right. All were intact when they arrived, none broke during the party...even thought the wind kept blowing some to the ground, and there were no leaks. I was even able to wash and save some after the party was over to reuse. Pleased with quality.

While I like the personalization, I was quite disappointed that the glasses were the same quality, size, EVERYTHING, of the 5 dozen I bought on clearance for $1.49/dozen--that's a 90% upcharge just for the labels! Not happy.

Error with customization

I just received my order and I am disappointed that the customized stickers are incorrect. It is correct on the packaging and the shipping label but not on the sticker. The site states 22 characters per line and my request was only 20 characters (including spaces) on each line, but they left out an entire word. I will be calling tomorrow to see if this can be rectified - Hopefully so.
This were great!!!! Everyone loved them and the personalization was a great touch! Beware that you will get a couple cracked bases. We just placed the sticker over the crack to mend it and it worked just fine. They definately need to be packed better because the box arrived a bit crushed. Other than that, they were a hit!
I would recommend this to a friend!
