I just received this and there are enough kits to make 12 ornaments. Each kit contains the half dome, ribbon and paper circles. A separate box was with included that contains all the pins.

I thought I could make some cute little ornaments for co-workers to hang in the cubicles but I can't even make 1 because it doesn't come with the pins... No mention it doesn't come with pins, quite the surprise to see NO PINS... Very disappointing...
