I purchased these and used them to place on top of wine bottles that I gave a gifts. Not only did they make a cute accessory for a bottle of wine but the recipient now has a keepsake ornament

I was disappointed when I opened the kit. It seems the top hats don't have tops. I made my own. one of the kits was missing some pieces.

Got these for my family to make for Christmas gifts. Very cute and $1.49 for 6 is an excellant value. These were cute, easy to assemble, and were just plain great!
