These tattoos are easy enough for a 6 year old to apply alone. Colors are bright and pictures are very clear. Never really glowed even when held under direct light.

Didn't glow in the dark; didn't last very long either. They were easy to put on and the kids all loved them, especially the little black cat

I purchased these for Fall Festival at my child's school. My own kids tested them and loved the choices of characters. They went on easily. However, they do not glow in the dark. We even tried shining a flashlight on them, but still no glow. The kids still liked them though.
