Easy and fairly fail proof and small enough to sneak. Works well about 5ft. Makes a nice pop but not too loud it startles.

I don't know why, but I pictured these about 4 times their actual size. It does say 4" on there, and that's about the length of one of the rockets. They are about the diameter of a dime. The launcher shoots them away quite powerfully. Because they are foam, I don't imagine they would hurt anyone unless you got one in someone's eye, which is certainly possible. I'm betting that because they are tiny, the rockets are incredibly easy to lose...something I wasn't counting on. I haven't tested the durability yet, but I will be surprised if the launcher works very long.
